1. Pembatalan oleh Tetamu.

Pembatalan yang dibuat 7 hari sebelum tarikh check in melayakkan tetamu menerima refund sebanyak 50% daripada bayaran deposit RM100. Polisi ini tidak terpakai bagi tempahan pada musim perayaan atau cuti umum.

Pembatalan yang dibuat 3 hingga 7 hari sebelum tarikh check in adalah tidak layak untuk sebarang refund, kerana tarikh penginapan telah dikunci dan tidak boleh ditawarkan kepada pihak lain.

2. Pembatalan oleh Pihak Homestay.

Sekiranya pembatalan berlaku atas sebab kecemasan atau perkara di luar kawalan dari pihak RedHouse Homestay, tetamu layak menerima refund penuh (100%) termasuk deposit RM100 atau pertukaran tarikh penginapan, tertakluk kepada kekosongan.

3. Security Deposit.

Security deposit akan dipulangkan dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas check out, dengan syarat tiada kerosakan harta benda dan tiada pelanggaran peraturan penginapan.

4. Pertukaran Tarikh Penginapan.

Pihak RedHouse Homestay berhak untuk meminda polisi ini dari semasa ke semasa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Polisi yang berkuat kuasa adalah versi terkini yang dipaparkan di laman web rasmi.

1. Guest Cancellation.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the RM100 deposit paid. This policy does not apply to bookings during festive seasons or public holidays.

Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the check in date are not eligible for any refund, as the booking dates have been locked and reserved.

2. Cancellation by the Homestay.

In the event that RedHouse Homestay is unable to honour a booking due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be entitled to a full refund (100%), including the RM100 deposit, or a change of booking dates, subject to availability.

3. Security Deposit.

The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check out, provided that no damage to the property has occurred and house rules have not been violated.

4. Change of Booking Date.

Booking date changes are allowed once only and are subject to availability of new dates.

5. Disclaimer.

RedHouse Homestay reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.
